On the ground floor there’s a wide kitchen with dining area and sitting room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with sink, shower and washing machine, a toilet. From the sitting room you go down to the basement composed of a wide living room with fireplace and chair bed, bathroom with shower. Guests can benefit of an outdoor shower with hot water and a small toilet. Window nets are available in the main bedroom.

EVENTS
Bettona is rich in traditions and throughout the year there are lots of shows and events! The Patronal feast of St. Crispolto on May the 12th is among the main events and includes the fair devoted to the Saint. In the months of May and June local wineries open to visitors, who can taste the wine of the Etruscan hills. During Easter there are some really evocative celebrations, whereas the classic infiorata is organised for the feast of Corpus Christi. The International Horse Festival and the Festival of Sports in the first half of July are probably the most anticipated appointments. During July and August evenings are enlivened by the event Bettona under the stars with dances, music, theatre and poetry. In the first week of August the Festival of the Roasted Goose takes place, with different tastings of dishes based on goose meat. On the 8th of September people celebrate the Madonna del Ponte and in November the olive oil mills open and offer their natural products. Finally in December the small streets of the town become the setting to an extraordinary living Nativity.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due within no later than 2 days after booking confirmation. Balance payment must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then full payment must be settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.
The tourist tax has to be paid directly upon arrival to the owner if due.
The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced with another one, demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay;
In addition to the above stated penalties, the booking cancellation – whenever it’s notified – always entails the payment, as penalty and with no right of refund, of the amounts transferred at the moment the reservation was made by way of additional service (booking fees, commissions, other extra costs,etc).
