The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor, there's a bright living area next to a modern kitchen with direct access to the porch. The sleeping area includes three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with whirlpool tub. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine floor with two single beds overlooking the living room—perfect for children or teenagers. The basement, also accessible via a spiral staircase, features a tavern-style lounge with TV area and table football, ideal for fun and relaxing moments. This level also includes a third double bedroom, with the possibility of adding a single armchair bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the two double bedrooms on the ground floor. Window nets are installed on the ground floor. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance. The property can accommodate up to 7 adults and allows a maximum of 2 pets.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due within no later than 2 days after booking confirmation. Balance payment must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then full payment must be settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.
The tourist tax has to be paid directly upon arrival to the owner if due.
The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced with another one, demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay;
In addition to the above stated penalties, the booking cancellation – whenever it’s notified – always entails the payment, as penalty and with no right of refund, of the amounts transferred at the moment the reservation was made by way of additional service (booking fees, commissions, other extra costs,etc).
