PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Azzurra is the result of the reconstruction of a typical rural farmhouse of Le Marche countryside. This old barn has been transformed into a charming holiday home able to accommodate four adults and one child. The recent renovation reflects the owners' passion for reusing. With care and attention, they have given new life to objects and materials. Each brick has been restored and reintegrated into the new structure with modern design elements, thus creating a perfect combination of tradition and modernity.
This refined property represents an exclusive refuge for those who wish to explore the beauties of Pesaro and surrounding territories and experience moments of complete relaxation in a refined and cozy setting. Among the advantages of Villa Azzurra is certainly its strategic position that allows you to enjoy the natural landscape and reach places of considerable interest and value. From Acqualagna, a popular destination for lovers of food and wine tours where to try truffle hunting experience and taste local delicacies, to the university city of Urbino, one of the most important centers of the Italian Renaissance and declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The 150m2 property is located on a 400m2 plot, entirely fenced and characterized by a porch for al fresco dining, paved solarium with sunbeds and a heated whirlpool tub with chromotherapy and ozone therapy. The synthetic grass lawn offers a panoramic bioclimatic pergola overlooking the beautiful valley. A direct passage leads to the swimming pool for the guests' private use located in the neighboring property that belongs to the same owners, Doriana and Giuseppe, very friendly and discreet people always happy to provide excellent suggestions and assistance during the stay.

The villa is on two levels connected by a modern led lighted staircase. The entrance on the ground floor is directly into the open space consisting of a bright living room with comfortable sofas and TV area, adjacent dining room and equipped kitchen with central island and decorative fireplace. From the kitchen you can exit directly to the porch with brick barbecue area, table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining. A door and a few steps separate the kitchen from the double bedroom, with private entrance from the outside and en suite bathroom with shower. The living room leads to a laundry area and a service bathroom with double sink. The large staircase takes to the mezzanine floor consisting of a double bed with en suite bathroom with shower. Guests can benefit of an additional sofa bed to accommodate a child. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the bedrooms. Window nets are installed on all windows, except for the two large windows on the mezzanine.
