PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Montegiorgio is a small town halfway between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini mountains and blends all the beauties of Le Marche region. Here lies Casa Felice, a lovely villa with swimming pool overlooking the hills, that in its simplicity ensures its guests a holiday full of peace and nature. The well-kept garden, decorated with various relaxation corners and peach and cherry trees, is the perfect place to entertain children and let adults rest. A gazebo with spacious table and a brick barbecue offers the possibility of al fresco dining. A neat downhill path leads to the swimming pool, with solarium area equipped with comfortable loungers for relaxing in the sun. Real pride of the owners is a small vegetable garden, where tomato and courgette plants slowly grow during the summer. The property is fully fenced-in.

The villa is on three levels. The main entrance overlooks the kitchen, the beating heart of the house, with central island and direct access to the garden. A working fireplace and a spacious table create the ideal environment for spending joyful evenings even during the coldest seasons. Through a short corridor, which also leads to the service bathroom and the pantry, you reach the small living room with sofas and TV corner. The veranda, spacious and partially closed, it is furnished with a large table overlooking the garden and a welcoming lounge with various sofas and wicker armchairs. The upper floor is accessed via an internal steep staircase with narrow steps and consists of a double bedroom with single beds and private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and the master bedroom (equipped with air conditioning). With a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, this room also has a lovely terrace perfect to enjoy the red sunset over Le Marche hills. On the second floor there is a double bedroom (with air conditioning), a twin bedroom (with air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Up to 2 pets are welcome.
