The villa consists of two separate units with independent entrance. On the ground floor, the first unit is composed of gracious living room, small kitchen, three double bedrooms, two of which with shower en suite bathroom, bathroom with tub. Mini-gym with separate access. The main unit is located on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase. It consists of a large entrance hall, service bathroom, kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace with automated roofing, small pantry/laundry room and wide double bedroom with shower en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. An internal staircase adjacent to the kitchen leads to the top floor consisting of a double bedroom with walk-in closet, two bedrooms with French beds, bathroom with tub and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms (except one double bedroom on the ground floor) and in the living rooms. Pets are allowed upon request.
The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 adults.

EVENTS
Among the events not to be missed in Belmonte Piceno is the Festival of Santa Croce, celebrated in the first three days of the month of May. During the first day, the traditional Nutella Festival takes place, where it will be possible to taste many tasty desserts. On 2nd and 3rd May, the town is enliven by music with orchestras and famous singers filling the streets with a joyful and cheerful atmosphere. The party ends with a raffle in which prestigious prizes are offered.
A few km from the villa in the town of Grottazzolina there are many events to spend pleasant summer evenings. These include Le Marche Irish Festival, the only Irish festival in Le Marche region. Taking place at the end of July, this event is dedicated to Irish culture, music, food and drinks. In the first days of August, the town plunges into the past with the event I Giorni di Azzolino, with medieval dinners and shows, the recreation of ancient craft shops, historical archery tournaments and medieval joust. Do not miss the waterfront clubs of Porto San Giorgio, Pedaso and San Benedetto del Tronto for amazing funny evenings.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due within no later than 2 days after booking confirmation. Balance payment must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then full payment must be settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.
The tourist tax has to be paid directly upon arrival to the owner if due.
The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced with another one, demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay;
In addition to the above stated penalties, the booking cancellation – whenever it’s notified – always entails the payment, as penalty and with no right of refund, of the amounts transferred at the moment the reservation was made by way of additional service (booking fees, commissions, other extra costs,etc).
