PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Liberty is a private seaside villa in Le Marche region, located in the countryside of the charming town of Osimo and just 10 km far from the impressive beaches of the Conero Riviera, for a perfect stay combining sea and hills. The paths surrounded by greenery lead to bays and coves with crystal clear water where it will be impossible to deprive yourself of a relaxing swim surrounded by unique landscapes. The villa is located within a large estate, an ideal place to relax and spend pleasant holidays with friends and family, also thanks to the large spaces and shaded areas. The Italian garden with its particular spherical motifs that repeat with geometric precision give elegance and uniqueness to the property. At guests' disposal an equipped area with table and chairs for al fresco dining, wood oven, sink and barbecue for great summer parties. The owner lives in one side of the property basement with independent access, ready to satisfy every need of the guests with total respect of their privacy. It is also possible to take advantage of a beautiful swimming pool with a panoramic view over the surrounding valleys, shared with guests staying at another facility on the estate.

The villa has large and bright spaces, particularly pleasant in their simplicity. Inside, the original finishes from the 1930s, from the floors to the large windows, give the structure an exclusive charm.
The villa is set on three levels. On the ground floor the main door leads into a large hallway giving access to the kitchen with direct exit to the garden and to a double bedroom. Going down a few steps there is a service bathroom with laundry area. Going down a few more steps there's the basement with direct access to the garden; here is a large living room with dining room and TV area with sofas. Going up the stairs from the main entrance you reach the first floor with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms (except for the master bedroom on the ground floor). Window nets are installed on all windows.
