EVENTS
The Triumph of Carnival is an event held in the first half of May. During this weekend, the city districts challenge each other to conquer the Palio del Cardinale by venturing into historical games ending with the equestrian race to the ring. The streets of the historic center are enliven with beautiful parades of figures wearing historical clothes and there are street artists, such as waders, musicians and fire shows. On this occasion each town district sets up a inn proposing Renaissance menus. Every Thursday during the summer, shops remain open until late at night for the Magic Summer Forum Shopping. You can visit most churches and historic buildings as well as take part in concerts, grill parties and events dedicated to children. An evocative evening in August is the Night of the Perseids, when a guided tour of the archaeological park is organized and followed by a typical Roman dinner with animation shows. Summer proceeds to the rhythm of Jazz with the free shows of the Fossombrone Jazz Festival. During the weekends that precede Christmas, the event Fossombrone Magic Christmas attracts many visitors with fantastic snow shows, music and street markets.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due within no later than 2 days after booking confirmation. Balance payment must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then full payment must be settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.
The tourist tax has to be paid directly upon arrival to the owner if due.
The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced with another one, demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay;
In addition to the above stated penalties, the booking cancellation – whenever it’s notified – always entails the payment, as penalty and with no right of refund, of the amounts transferred at the moment the reservation was made by way of additional service (booking fees, commissions, other extra costs,etc).
