ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Valdichiana is a beautiful villa with private pool located in Monte San Savino, among the hills of Tuscany. The property is surrounded by vineyards, woods and fields with sunflowers, giving a breathtaking view. Thanks to a recent and accurate renovation, the villa has become a high-level accommodation with a combination of ancient and modern features. There is a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The property belongs to a renowned family who has been producing fine wines since the early twentieth century. It is possible to organise wine tasting at the villa upon request.

The villa is on two floors with internal and external access. The main entrance, through a wrought iron door and a small hallway, leads to a wide open room composed by a dining room – living room and the kitchen. From the entrance, you arrive in the dining area equipped with a beautiful long wooden table and chairs. Another door leads outside to a dining area located in the back of the villa and equipped with table and chairs, perfect for lunches dinners or just to relax. On the right side of the entrance, is the kitchen, with a direct access to outside. On the left side of the main entrance, there are two connecting living rooms (with direct access to the external too), and furnished with sofas, one with a huge fireplace and large plasma TV-SAT. One of the living-rooms gives access through an arch to the sleeping area of the ground floor composed of a spacious double bedroom (with access to and from the outside) with private bathroom with shower suitable for disabled persons, a small room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower. An internal wooden staircase leads upstairs to the foyer (previously mentioned) and to the corridor which gives direct access to two double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower and to a suite with king-size canopy bed, ensuite bathroom with shower (Jacuzzi, sauna, chromotherapy, music) and bathtub (Jacuzzi with 2 seats). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning hot/cold and TV-SAT. A typical external stone staircase with a small loggia leads to the first floor composed by a foyer which has been equipped as a corner-bar with direct access to one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
