Tenuta Trullo Padronale is a complex of 250 square meters in the Itria Valley, a short distance from the town of Ostuni, better known as the "White City" for the colour of its buildings. Here the original architecture of Apulia blends with its nature; the traditional white colour of trulli and masserie illuminates the countryside dominated by olive trees and Mediterranean pines. Multiple outdoor areas equipped for guests’relaxation, original trulli and the typical glazed ceramic Apulian Pumo are just some of the distinguishing elements of this structure, ready to give you all the warmth and authenticity of this land.
Once passed the entrance gate, you are greeted by a spacious covered veranda with outdoor kitchen and table for al fresco dining. Connected by a light stone paving and surrounded by comfortable sun beds, the swimming pool with Roman stairs allows you to find relief from the hot Apulian sun in the comfort of your holiday home. A porch with sofas and various relaxation corners surrounds the main body.
A simple but elegant entrance leads to a large and well-equipped kitchen with dining room overlooking the back garden; here is an additional porch equipped with table and chairs. The living room offers comfortable sofas surrounding a stone fireplace with the traditional Apulian illuminations. Adjacent to the kitchen area there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. A corridor leads to a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms both with additional pouf sofa bed.
Not too far from the main building, in a slightly elevated position stand the trulli, with adjoining outdoor area characterised by a small heated hydromassage pool, shower and outdoor seating. The entrance leads to an open space consisting of a kitchenette, living area and a comfortable double bed. The unit is completed by bathroom with shower and a second double bedroom.
The property is fully fenced-in and air conditioned. Window nets are available in all bedrooms.

8 km from the Adriatic coast, between the Torre Canne Natural Park north and Lamaforca beach south, lies Ostuni, at the south-eastern end of the Murge. Its historic center, rich in history and tradition, must be visited on foot to fully immerge yourself in its whiteness and admire all its architectural wonders. Among these, two buildings stand out: Santa Maria Assunta Cathedral and the Column of Saint Oronzo. To this saint, the patron saint of the city, it is also dedicated the famous Cavalcata di Sant’Oronzo every last weekend of August. In these days, it is possible to see a parade of horses and horsemen decked out in festive attire riding through the city streets. For sea lovers, Ostuni is about 12 km from the beautiful seaside of the Costa Merlata and the beaches of Torre Pozzella. Its coast alternates sandy shores with dunes to others with rocks immersed in the Mediterranean masquis. Given the strategic position, we recommend tours in the nearby Cisternina, perfect for those who love meat rolls in the traditional form of the bombette. For the tourists who want to get lost among the trulli and immerse themselves in these unmistakable Apulian homes, we recommend Alberobello, just 35 km away. Considered some of the most beautiful villages in Puglia, we suggest to include in the travel itinerary Cisternino (17.4 km) and Locorotondo (27 km). Indispensable during the stay, it is also to visit the farms and oil mills where it is possiblle to take part in gastronomic tours and taste Apulian specialties such as caciocavallo and mozzarella cheese, wines and olive oils.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due within no later than 2 days after booking confirmation. Balance payment must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then full payment must be settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.
The tourist tax € 1 per person/night except children under 12 years old.
The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced with another one, demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay;
In addition to the above stated penalties, the booking cancellation – whenever it’s notified – always entails the payment, as penalty and with no right of refund, of the amounts transferred at the moment the reservation was made by way of additional service (booking fees, commissions, other extra costs,etc).
