The accommodation borders on a property, although it guarantees privacy, exclusive entrance and spaces for relaxation.
The farmhouse is set on two levels: the ground floor consists of a large living room with two dining areas, a kitchen, a toilet with laundry area and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people. On the first floor there are six double bedrooms each of them with private bathroom with shower, except for one bedroom that has a bathroom with shower and bathtub. In five bedrooms it is possible to add a single sofa bed.

EVENTS
In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due within no later than 2 days after booking confirmation. Balance payment must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then full payment must be settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.
Tourist tax: € 1,80 per person/day excluding children under 14 (up to a maximum of 14 nights) to pay upon arrival to the owner.
The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced with another one, demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay;
In addition to the above stated penalties, the booking cancellation – whenever it’s notified – always entails the payment, as penalty and with no right of refund, of the amounts transferred at the moment the reservation was made by way of additional service (booking fees, commissions, other extra costs,etc).
