The borgo of Pomaia is located on a hill position in the province of Pisa. At short distance from the Tyrrhenian coast, it boasts a strategic position to explore the most famous Tuscan cities. This place is known for the traditional festival Sagra del Baccello, which usually takes place in the last week of April. Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due within no later than 2 days after booking confirmation. Balance payment must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then full payment must be settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €1,000.00. The damage deposit is payable upon arrival.
The tourist tax has to be paid directly upon arrival to the owner if due.
For this property the cancellation of a reservation demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25% of the total reservation price in case of cancellation notified within 60 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60% of the total reservation price in case of cancellation notified from 59 to 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100% of the total reservation price in case of cancellation notified starting from 29 days prior to the first day of the stay.
