ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Surrounded by the harmonious landscape of Le Marche region, Villa del Duca is a private villa with swimming pool, located just a few kilometers from Urbania, a peaceful and welcoming town offering all the services needed for a comfortable stay. Set in the countryside, the villa features an infinity pool with panoramic views, accessible via a scenic path lined with aromatic herbs, plants, and flowers, making the walk a true delight for all the senses. The interiors combine modern furnishings with the traditional finishes of Marche farmhouses, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The fireplace, the centerpiece of the living area, provides warmth and intimacy even during the colder months, while a heated Finnish hot tub allows guests to relax under the stars. Guests can enjoy a panoramic terrace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a barbecue and a porch with a cozy lounge area. From the villa, it is easy to discover the charm of Urbania: cobbled streets, the evocative Church of the Dead, artisan workshops where hand-painted ceramics are still made, and local venues offering wine tastings and regional specialties. Cycling enthusiasts can explore trails surrounded by the lush greenery of the area.
Upon request, the owner can organize egg pasta workshops for children and families, as well as private dinners at the villa, offering unforgettable moments immersed in the flavors of Le Marche region.

The villa is on the first floor accessible via an external staircase and is set on two levels. The first floor consists of a large living room-kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with single bed, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine floor there is an area with a French sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet. An additional folding bed can be added upon request in the living room. A toilet is present in the pool area. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the bedrooms.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.

EVENTS

The National Festival of Befana in Urbania is one of the most popular events of this kind in Le Marche and Italy. During the days before Epiphany, the historic center of the city is enlivened by parades of befanas, shows, dances, food stands and the descent of the Befana from the Bell Tower at the end of each day. On the final day of the festival there’s an impressive fireworks display. In mid-September there is the food event Sagra del Crostolo, which is a local specialty based on flour, water, milk and lard, stuffed with cooked vegetables, meats and cheese. In the stands you can also taste Le Marche typical wines and craft beers. The event is accompanied by shows, music, games for children and a competition for the preparation of crostolo.

Policies

Payment Policies

To secure this booking, a partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due within no later than 2 days after booking confirmation. Balance payment must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then full payment must be settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.
The tourist tax has to be paid directly upon arrival to the owner if due.

The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced with another one, demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay;
In addition to the above stated penalties, the booking cancellation – ­ whenever it’s notified – always entails the payment, as penalty and with no right of refund, of the amounts transferred at the moment the reservation was made by way of additional service (booking fees, commissions, other extra costs,etc).
