The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor you find a cozy living room, kitchen, double bedroom connected with a bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of a small kitchenette, living room, double bedroom, bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. Outside near the main building there is a small independent dependance with a double bedroom (or twin bedroom with two single beds, upon request), bathroom with shower and laundry area. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms of the main villa and dependance. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request.

EVENTS
There are lots of funny and exciting events organised in the city of Fano! In the weekends from the end of January till mid-February there’s the oldest and sweetest Carnival in the world, where sweets are the real protagonists, in addition to 16 metres high floats. The Carnival also has its summer version, which takes place just at few metres from the sea along Viale Adriatico, usually around the first week of August. Fano Jazz by the Sea is a leading national jazz event, taking place from mid-July until early August in various areas of the city. By the end of July there’s Fano of the Caesars, with parades in historical clothing, reconstruction of Roman camps and the chariot race, the highlight of the event. Throughout the summer, the seafront is enriched with evening streets markets and enlivened by concerts and touring shows. One of the most famous event is the Festival of Brodetto in the Lido area with food stands serving fresh seafood, cooking shows, concerts and entertainment. On the second Sunday of every month through the streets of the historic centre takes place the Antique Fair.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due within no later than 2 days after booking confirmation. Balance payment must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then full payment must be settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.
Tourist tax: € 1,00 per person/day (over 14 years old) to pay upon arrival to the owner.
The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced with another one, demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay;
In addition to the above stated penalties, the booking cancellation – whenever it’s notified – always entails the payment, as penalty and with no right of refund, of the amounts transferred at the moment the reservation was made by way of additional service (booking fees, commissions, other extra costs, etc.).
