The villa is on two floors both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a large hall overlooking the dining room, a living room with TV, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom, a bedroom with French bed, a large double bedroom with single bed and a bathroom with shower, double bedroom and lovely mezzanine floor with two single beds. An internal staircase leads to the lower level where there is a large living room with TV and sofa, a bathroom with shower and laundry area. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room on the ground floor. Maximum of two pets allowed (small and medium-sized).

Throughout the year Cagli is the setting of many courses, tasting in the beautiful historic buildings, theatre performances and special events relating to nature and food & wine traditions.
The Pipe festival born in 2000 has become an attractive and unmissable meeting for pipe smokers coming from all over Italy. You’ll find exhibitors, stands and international slow-smoking competitions! It usually takes place in late May. The most anticipated event is the historical Game of the Goose (Gioco dell’Oca o Palio storico) being held every year on the second Sunday of August through the streets of the historic centre. During the weekend there are Renaissance parades, flag wavers, fire shows, archers, crossbowmen and then on Sunday the classic game of the goose performed at the local Arena of Sant’Emidio. The four city quarters compete to win the iron goose, symbol of the Palio of Cagli. No shortage of taverns serving typical local dishes and dance till late at night. In the month of August, an evening entirely dedicated to music with the event Cagli delle Musiche. Among the streets, squares and characteristic corners of the historic center, live bands play different genres simultaneously creating a unique and suggestive atmosphere for the listeners. Meat lovers cannot miss the annual Barbecue party held in the town square in mid-June with food & wine stands and grilled meat, the unique protagonist of the event. Last but not least, the Good Friday Commemoration consisting of an evocative parade through the streets and squares of the town adorned for the occasion with fragrant flowers and petals.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due within no later than 2 days after booking confirmation. Balance payment must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then full payment must be settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.
The tourist tax has to be paid directly upon arrival to the owner if due.
The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced with another one, demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay;
In addition to the above stated penalties, the booking cancellation – whenever it’s notified – always entails the payment, as penalty and with no right of refund, of the amounts transferred at the moment the reservation was made by way of additional service (booking fees, commissions, other extra costs,etc).
