PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Panorama is a villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region within the San Bartolo Natural Park, in Pesaro. The villa offers a panoramic view of the city and is furnished with fine furniture and antiques. In addition to the beaches and the historic center which are located a few kilometers away, it is possible to visit many attractions including Baia Vallugola, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Gabicce Mare and the medieval borgo of Gradara. Guests can benefit of a large porch equipped for outdoor dining and cooking and a swimming pool with hydromassage. The owner, ready to satisfy every need, lives on a side below the property with independent access, respecting the total privacy of guests. The property is totally fenced-in. The swimming pool and the garden are for exclusive use.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a reading room, a living room with TV corner and dining table with direct access to the porch and swimming pool area, an equipped kitchen with access to the back porch with barbecue area, laundry area and a service bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private terrace, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower. It is possible to add a single bed in the anteroom of a double bedroom or in the reading room.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.

We spent a week in the Panorama Villa and everything was perfect !!

The kitchen is well equipped.
The pool area was well maintained every day by Andrea.
Andrea was very kind and helpful. He gave us all the addresses necessary for the smooth running of our week (restaurants – shops – etc…)

We had a brilliant holiday at Villa Panorama. The house and gardens are beautiful with incredible views. Andrea was an excellent host who gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We’d highly recommend Osteria del Giogo and Alice’s ice cream shop, Andrea organised for a chef to come and cook us a meal one night.
Andrea and the chef set up the table, matched the food with delicious local wines and cleared up everything.
The food was incredible and dining outside by candle light was an experience we’ll never forget.
